The service, especially from the manager, was exceptional, offering a range of convenient amenities like car hire, housekeeping, and a paid shuttle service. The location, being on a hill, provides easy access to everything needed but may require some uphill walks. The dining experience with ice cream was delightful, but limited options like soba were a bit restrictive. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
